On territory of Odessa region the analysis of engineering - geological conditions and an estimation of a degree of local seismic danger in scales 1:25 000 - 1 : 50 000 are conducted. On territory of East and Southern Carpathian mountains, Moldova, Northwest Black Sea Coast are conducted the analysis of regional seismic danger in scales 1 : 1 000 000 - 1 : 2 500 000. On this territory given 53 seismic zones, from them the most dangerous are zones Vrancha, Buzau, Ialomita, Satu Mare with Mmax 6.5 - 7.7 and average repeatability at 35-40, 100 and 200 years.

It is established, that favorable in the seismic relation (DI <0.5) are less than 20 percent of c. Odessa. On 88 % of territory of Odessa the total increment of seismic intensity exceeds 1 point by the international seismic scale MSK-64, and on 12 % of territory the seismic point can be lowered up.

Are created engineering - geological and geomorphological bases of territory of Odessa for the purposes of seismic microdivision into districts.
